We are providing this course with in-depth knowledge of how to acquire fortified rice kernels using extruders and blenders as well as using methods like coating, dusting, blending efficiency test, and iron spot test in order to produce nutrient- enriched fortified rice.

The minimum educational requirement designed for this course is a 5^th pass, preferably Miller/Rice Miller/Mill Operator.
