About the course

One must be unaware of "Hidden Hunger", a condition caused by a lack of important micronutrients (vitamins, minerals, and other micronutrients). The process of fortification can be used to reduce this.

Rice fortification is one of the most comprehensive and effective strategies to replenish micronutrients lost during processing and to address the global problem of micronutrient malnutrition. We are providing this course with in-depth knowledge of how to acquire fortified rice kernels using extruders and blenders as well as using methods like coating, dusting, blending efficiency test, and iron spot test in order to produce nutrient- enriched fortified rice.
