About the course

The eLearning course has been developed to cater to Food Business Operators, encompassing small, medium, and large-scale food manufacturers, processors, and packers. This comprehensive course elucidates the fundamental principles of food safety and hygiene that are applicable to all these entities, aligning them with the relevant regulations and guidelines. These principles encompass not only the design phase but also the operational stage, with a specific focus on Food Handlers.
It is imperative that the establishments involved in the handling, processing, and packaging of food by FBOs and their respective personnel adhere rigorously to the prescribed sanitary and hygienic requirements, as well as the specified food safety protocols.
This course is mapped to the FoSTaC Course, offering participants a recognized pathway to further their expertise in the field of food safety.
